These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including all content, features, and services offered. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Foundation

Culture Forward Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering creators, artists, and communities across the decentralized web. The Foundation builds tools and provides funding to ensure creative voices are heard, protected, and rewarded. Block Reign, Inc. provides blockchain technology services to the Foundation and Culture Network through agreement.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks connected to it

Grant Applications

The Foundation may accept grant applications through the Site. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All grant decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Foundation’s Board of Directors and are subject to available resources and program guidelines. Information submitted through grant applications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Digital Assets and Blockchain

The Foundation operates within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital assets and blockchain technologies involve inherent risks, including but not limited to market volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technological complexity
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network
  • The Foundation does not guarantee the value, utility, or performance of any digital asset, including RapBTC
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet credentials
  • The Foundation is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet or digital assets

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Culture Forward Foundation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted under applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
